The best of all is that this dialogue and scene is canon!!

I've noticed that Tcoaal has been heavily influenced by Silent Hill.

I love the similarities: Childhood Traumas, Fear, Psychological Horror, Demons, Cultists, Cannibalism, Demonic Rituals, Taboos, etc...

The difference is that Tcoaal tells its story in a non-linear way and with a touch of comedy, but the rest is the same: a depressing atmosphere, sometimes oppressive due to the traumas the Graves siblings experienced in their childhood, and their complex bonding, etc...

The last reference is to the lastname of Nina’s father, Mr. Mason, just like Harry Mason from the game Silent Hill 1, where he constantly searches for his missing daughter in the town of Silent Hill, and even goes looking for her in hell itself.

Could this be a reference?...
