what hobbies helped you avoid feeling “stuck at home” while working remotely?

i’ve been working from home for a while now, and while it’s convenient, i’m starting to realize how easy it is for life to become the same routine every day, wake up, sit at desk, work, scroll phone, sleep… then repeat.

the weird part is you can go an entire day without really feeling like you did anything outside of work, especially when your workspace and living space are the same place. i’ve been trying to find hobbies that make life feel a little more balanced again, ideally something that gets me mentally refreshed or gives me something to look forward to after work.

for other WFH people, what hobbies genuinely helped your mental health or made remote life feel less repetitive?
