Hey I’m currently looking to study for the class 1 exam for wastewater treatment in Ontario. Wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what guides to use and/or quizzes. Thanks!
Maybe get 2-3 reps done, then either
A) I cramp hella hard on my hips/quads
B) quads doing too much work/overpowering the movement
The thing is I can do 3 sets of 8 reps of weighted knee raises with 10lbs. I consider knee raises too easy so I don’t get why leg raises are so hard, bent-knee or straight leg raises/ doesn’t matter.
