I have a alesis nitro max, i got it yesterday, ive been having problems with the snare since yesterday it keeps flopping and bending down, today while i was playing my snare fell down along with the entire bar i inspected the clamp and saw the attached image

What can i do? If anyone has experienced anything similar or has knowledge please help 🙏

Should i keep this belt and upgrade it? Considering the engravings? I’m level 31 currently.
