We have a business with about 150 employees. We are in the middle of upgrading to Office 365. Our IT department - whom I do not trust - emailed last night at 9.45pm and said there was a security flaw in the VPN (which is WatchGuard Firebox SSL) and he had to kill access and would reinstate it by individually changing VPN passwords on Monday. A lot of people work over the weekend, so is a big deal.

So that is my question to this community: is there a new flaw which has popped up that necessitates this kind of response?
