The engine needs an initial download. Your recordings and transcripts stay local; online account and payment functions are separate.

I built an intentionally empty open source dashboard. What belongs on it first?

I wanted to try a public group project where nobody pretends the roadmap is already decided.

So I built only the shell: a polished but intentionally empty dashboard made with plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It fades from deep Roman clay red into emerald as you scroll, with gold details and a five second hold interaction.

This is just for fun. It is public, MIT licensed, and open to ideas, forks, and pull requests. There are no accounts, analytics, cookies, backend, database, or runtime third party requests. Main stays reviewed so contributors cannot access secrets or overwrite somebody else's work.

What is the smallest feature you would put on the blank canvas first?
