PCTs, which floor do you find easier to work with? Med/surg or LTC?

So in my last post I'd asked if I should make the switch from my LTC facility to my local hospital, and the feedback was a resounding yes. But given the only openings are either med/surg or LTC, which do yall think would be easier? Which would provide even a little less mental drain and stress than what I deal with currently?

[FC][Jenova] The Revenant Blades are recruiting!

Hello all! My FC, the Revenant Blades, is looking to recruit new members! We're a relaxed FC (I truly mean that), and we spend most of our time doing dungeons, mount farming, glam hunting, and generally helping our friends with content that they want to do. We'd like to at least recruit people so that we can eventually do things like the DT Extremes or the Savage Arcadion raids, but we're also not looking to rush things. Having a good time and enjoying each other's company is more important than clearing a trial or raid in X amount of time/attempts for us. So, if this sounds like a good FC for you, comment or send me a message!

CNA debating on switching to PCT

Hello all. As the title says, I'm a CNA working in a LTC and debating on switching to being a PCT at my local hospital. I understand that the difference between CNA and PCT are mostly title based from what I've heard, but I want to get opinions before I decide. Currently, I work three 12 hour shifts a week, 3rd shift, but I and many others are constantly mandated for overtime. This is the big problem I face, because while I enjoy helping people, my brain simply can't handle the complete tonal shift from 3rd shift to 1st and a sudden 16 hour shift. Would this be alleviated even a little in a hospital setting? Would it be better for my mental/physical health to do the switch?
