Hello kind resume reviewers! I'm a programmer analyst at a research institution, trying to pivot to a more PM/Manager role in the private sector. Jobs that combine technical with people skills might be the play for me. For example:

I placed a focus on fitting my work experiences to contain the verbage used in the Job Description. Just mostly worried because of having to make the transition, and also I haven't been in the job search market for a while so I can't tell what's good.

Any advice would be super appreciated!
