Chronic and constant lower abdominal distention for 6 months

At my wits end. This is all day everyday, and I have other symptoms. Before this bloating, I was dealing with some recurrent vaginal infections for a couple of months and then come January, I had this come along with changes to my hair. Other symptoms gradually piled on - first, globus (after an antibiotic pill got stuck) and reflux that comes and goes, then headaches and light sensitivity during certain phases on my cycle, then arm and face tingling that also comes and goes. I had super low ferritin at one point and had to get iron infusions.

Gynecologically, I have constant spotting, heavy periods, and severe cramps. They’re become debilitating throughout this process. I had a pelvic ultrasound done and I gave an ovarian cyst and endometrial polyps. I can’t tell if this cyst is pushing down on other organs, causing the distention and GI issues, or if it’s hormonal or another issue. I also have hormonal acne. I have suspected for some time that I have an estrogen dominance and I can’t tell if my body is reacting to that in this way. I’ve been on and off of DIM bc it helped with my acne but I also don’t know if messing with my hormones like that is causing all of this too.

Stool test was normal, no celiac or h pylori. Not sure what specialists and what test/imaging to do next.

Basic background: 27 year old Female, 110lbs and 5’1, don’t smoke, medications include levothyroxine (hypothyroidism), Zoloft and spironolactone for acne ; Hodgkin lymphoma survivor, 7 years post auto SCT
