hi guys did some research. historically qtex release H1 earning on 28 August for the past 2 years. it is no coincidence that this year on the same day, eogm will be held. so my guess this year earning will also be 28 august or around there.
since Qtex is foreign company, their earning report follow their home ground rules. which is 60 days for Israel company. which makes sense they are doing end august
will it be green day? bullish long term but seems not much effect short term
any comment on the clarification made?

QTEXW expires on 16-Jul with strike price $5.50 per share (around 1.64mio shares) I hope management will release some good news so the investor will exercise this warrant.
With these news, conservatively revenue in Q2-2026 is at least $4-5mio. That is already almost 20x of Y2025 revenue for Q2-2026. Some analyst estimate $15mio for Q2-2026 and $45-50mio Y2026. CEO statement, most of the revenue have been received in cash. the amount of revenue so far has exceeded full year of certain listed quantum company. I think the market cap should be at $200-500mio by end of the year.
