NHS physio working privately causing me a headache

Hi, I'm a B6 Community Physio in the NHS. I've started doing private work for a company. I've had a couple referrals and identified that the patients are receiving care from the Trust that I work for but they are in different localities in the county. The dual-employment Trust policy states that I can't assess and treat patients privately whilst they are under the care of the Trust. There is also CSP and HCPC standards of practice to adhere to. Am I right in telling the private company I cannot see these patients? TIA.

Can I renew mortgage offer with expiry on 16 Sept

Hi all, I received a mortgage offer from Nationwide (Helping Hand) at 4.79% on 20th March. The offer expires on 16th September. The onward chain is still incomplete so I haven't proceeded with the survey and my conveyancer is on standby. I've still been viewing other properties but haven't found anything as good yet. The rate increased to 5.11% with everything going on in the Middle East but it has now come back down to 4.79%. Can I renew my mortgage offer to lock in the 4.79% rate for another 6 months and until November if the chain drags? TIA.
