Hi all

I recently moved to a unit. I could literally hear every step the upstairs neighbour took - and they like to stay up until 2am. At first, I thought it must be the age of the building - but then I got told the carpet upstairs is some 25 years old.

I tried to contact the owner upstairs about it but he said it visually looked fine so won’t change it.

Any tips on how to navigate this?

On a no names basis, I want some goss to get me through the day....

Just curious as I have an offer that is 30k more but target is 7 🥲
