Pulled Potvin. Does it make more sense to sell him and try to build him from scratch?

And if so, what would be the best method? I’ve wiped most of my fodder getting Foote, Pronger and Krupp. I’m also considering getting Phaneuf or one of the GOG attackers before the promo is done but I haven’t decided yet.

Best way to grind for 93-94s for captain?

Trying to figure out the most efficient way to get a 97 captain rn because my team is so hamstrung without one in terms of salary. Any help would be really appreciated.
