Was scheduled to go to Meps later this week to swear in but was supposed to get a confirmation and time from recruiter but he never got back to me and isn't responding because he is on leave what should I do?

I haven't been to a dermatologist so I haven't been diagnosed I have not told my recruiter about these symptoms flare ups I'm pretty sure it's sebberoic dermatitis will it get noticed at bmt? Meps did not notice but flare up was not bad at that time
