plantains
are cooked yellow plantains as effective at replenishing muscle glycogen as other starch staples? I want to avoid the oxalates in potatoes, arsenic in rice and gluten in wheat.
I’m planning to remove the seeds and steam them with some shrimp for my pre-workout meal/breakfast before high intensity strength training.
