I'm quitting. I just did not enjoy this remake's gameplay. The story changes are cool.

I've been frustrated for the last couple play sessions. I just got face rolled by a Gold Golan spawn. Set up Cop Out. They both crit me and I die.

To the people who enjoyed the gameplay in this remake, my hat is off to you. I am officially done, i quit, and if I ever want to replay DQ 1, it will not be this version.

EDIT: I will add, I think the game would be significantly better if the hero had two turns per round. Without that option, I just don't care enough to keep going.
