Trying to pivot from support to Q/A roles

I’m pivoting from high-volume support (Title IV, FSA, F.H. Cann) into QA or Compliance roles. My biggest concern is the bullet points like 'investigated 108-174 discrepancies monthly' vs '300-400 docs daily', do these read more like a task list than results?

I’m also double checking if listing specific systems (FAFSA, COD, DCC CRM) helps or just looks cluttered. I want the ATS scanner to see me as an expert without it overloading the page.
