Last week anxiety, what to do?

Im testing in 3 days and this entire week I feel incapable of doing anything </3 Every time I try and review some content I suddenly feel like I dont know anything and get crazy anxious and overwhelmed

Ive been doing ok on FLs (fl6 was 131, 126, 132, 130, my other past few were also 518-519) but cars has been freaking me out because Ive been getting anywhere from 125 to 130 and Im Canadian 🫠 I also havent finished pankow or sb2 so at this point Im wondering if its worth trying to cram finish these before the exam or if I should just accept and trust what I know and take it easy

How to stay clear-minded

I think that Im starting to realize one of my biggest struggles when doing fls is keeping my mind relaxed and clear, ESPECIALLY in passage based questions.

For example if Im doing a biology question that asks me about results in a study and the answer options are a bit confusing Ill find myself going back and forth rereading the passage, options, and question and my brain will just get really overwhelmed and I will lose the ability to comprehend anything Im reading. But then the next day if I come back to the same question with a clear mind I will understand it perfectly and get it right. This is also affecting me a lot in CARS where I will generally understand the passage, but then one of the questions and its options will be written in a confusing way and ill get stuck going back and forth rereading. I literally spent my 30 minute break on my last fl crying because I was too anxious and overwhelmed to understand anything 😭

I do have audhd so that might be related but I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on preventing this?? Should I practice flagging and moving on if I cant figure something out quick enough or do I just have to keep practicing pushing through it to train my brain to work better under pressure? Or should I just start taking creatine or something
