2 questions: Why Sukuna didn't one shot Maki with cleave and can he move freely when using open domain?

When Sukuna grabbed Maki by her face, he could use cleave and one shot her (also he was stated by narrator to be bloodlasted in this moment).
Can Sukuna move freely in his open domain? I'm not sure, but I think we never saw him doing this. He always stayed near the shrine.

Yorozu blitzed True Form Sukuna

As y'all can see Sukuna's eyes did not track Yorozu when she dashed at him. This proves that Sukuna couldn't react to base Yorozu.

16f Meguna was relative to Yorozu because she was in weaker body (Tsumiko was in coma for long time and her muscles were nothing).

Armour Yorozu is easily top 3 and blitzes Kashimo

Also why tf Sukuna's foot so big

Can an object that cannot move in time exist?

Like, an object that absolutely can't travel in time. I might be really wrong, but as I know every object in universe moves in time in future (or something). As I can imagine this object would appear in one "moment of time" and then "dissappear" as it wouldn't continue to move in time. Like something that appears in one frame of 24.

This might be a really dumb quiestion tbh. Sorry if something not understandable, my English is kinda bad
