Acupuncture references.
Hi, I have gone through kundalini awakening 3 years ago. I was meditating for 20 years before. I am unable to meditate or be in any spiritual setting. I get heaviness in my forehead , associated anxiety symptoms and restlessness. I was in anti depressants for a while and slowly got out of it. lost my job and back in job on casual basis. I have undergone 2 MRI and CT brain scans and cleared by senior neurologists.
I wanted to try acupuncture and was looking for any references in Melbourne, Australia.
I tried biodynamic CST and it made it worse before and it took me 2 years to get to some normality. May be I got a shitty healer and burnt my fingers So, I understand the dangers of these treatments.
I do not want to live half dead for my rest of my life.
So any references will be of help!
