For context I’m a supervisor, i’ve been at this building two months. There’s another supervisor spot open at a building MUCH closer to me and i’m thinking about putting my name in. I just don’t wanna do my current people dirty, I really like them and I know they went through a lot to hire me and everything. They also aren’t in the greatest spot people wise at the moment.

I’m super conflicted, anyone have some input for me?

Hey guys, I moved up from my job as a forklift driver for a $12 raise. Honestly I regret it, I already miss driving and it was the most passionate i’ve ever been about a job. I looked forward to going to work everyday and enjoyed being there.

I no longer enjoy my work and my weeks feel longer and more draining. Has anyone else dealt with similar issues? What did you do and why?

The max pay I can receive with that job is 65-70k which in this day and age just isn’t enough to top myself out at. At this same company I can go pretty far into the 6 figures if I just sell my soul, I can also get an education and whatnot and go make well into the 6 figures elsewhere.
