Am I allowed to rent-boost my two accounts at the same time?

So I made a second account and bought mines so I can check in on the mine on my main account and the other way around. Is it allowed to check in mines that are from my second or first account, and am I allowed to boost the rent boost to max on both my accounts? Because as I understand the terms of service, if I check in at a mine on my main account as long as I have the cooldown, I am not allowed to check in on a mine on my second account. That leads to my question: if I have watched all ads for the rent boost on my main account, is it allowed to rent boost the other?

Hello, does anyone know how I increase my check-ins?

I've had the game for 3 days now, and for the referral code from someone else, I should get 1000 TB after buying a mine and checking in another day. The problem is I have been in the game on other days, but it seems it doesn't count. I've also played games, etc.
