My coworkers and I were talking about using AI at work for everything from coding to product roadmaps. One software engineer said: “it’s like driving 150 MPH all the time”.

Yep, that pretty much sums it up. I feel like I live between running an AI tool and managing the inputs/outputs to/from it. It’s just crazy how it felt like it was supposed to make everything easier, but it feels like everything has gotten way harder.

Anyone else feel this?

I've had internal and external hemorrhoids for several years now. Normally they don't bother me in terms of pain, but after my Saturday session with 6000 ft of vert and 20 miles I think I really revved one of them up (external, about the size of a blueberry). Saturday night was rough until I took an advil (I barely ever take anything). Sunday was about a consistent 1 or 2 out of 10 on pain in the AM while I was running errands, and then I had to do my 2h45m long run which went better than planned, oddly, when running flat I was at a 1 of 10, uphills were 3/10, and downs are 4 or 5 of 10. After that run, things were a little sore, probably a 4 or 5 of 10. I took a bath, put some cream on it, layed on my side, and chilled out. It's Monday now, and I am taking the day off of training (normally strength and an hour powerhike.)

I've got the Superior 100 (my first 100!) in 3.5 weeks. Anyone ever been through hemorrhoids like this? Have you ran through them? Anything bad happen? Any tips? Thank you so much in advance.

I'm 6'5", 205#. Coming from a sit-on-top kayak. I was thinking about another kayak, but I am really drawn to the utility of a canoe. Primarily, I use my kayak on your average Wisconsin lake, I paddle around and meet my friends who have a deck boat (I prefer to have my own transportation so I can leave, they stay parked for hours on end).

The Solo Plus is interesting to me because my girlfriend said she would come with occasionally, but I'll probably be solo most of the time. I value stability in the boat, I'm a little unbalanced myself. In addition to my use case mentioned above, I've always wanted to do some short BWCA trips, nothing major, 3 days 2 nights. The Plus would have plenty of room for gear, and still light enough to portage.
