My brother took this video about an hour ago. Any ideas?

Edit: He said it was still for about 5 minutes. Visible about 10 minutes total. Best guess it was 5-10k ft high and moving slower than an airplane.

2nd edit: An engineer friend of mine said it could be a rocket test returning and that the plume dissipated by the time my brother saw it.

Bam Bam is such a momma's boy. I love him to pieces.
