Been working on this project for over a year. Any feedback helps!

REMLUME: After nearly a year when a tragic accident occurred, estranged siblings Faith and younger brother Isaac Gray live mundane lives stuck in a small town. Faith, her brother's only protector, reaches her breaking point. With the siblings struggling to rest, Faith makes the devastating decision to give both Isaac and herself a recalled sleep medication (unknowingly) where they become trapped in an endless night terror. And they are not alone. A Red Shape-shifting Entity forces the siblings to confront their trauma before completely breaking their sanity. But Faith will do anything to reach her brother before that happens.

I am making an Animated Analog Horror | Remlume

For the people who don't know what Remlume is, it's a planned horror animated series that follows Faith and Isaac Gray, estranged siblings who are thrown into a terrifying endless night terror after taking a recalled sleeping medication. And they are not alone. A Red Shape Shifting Entity forces the siblings to confront their repressed trauma after they suffered from a tragic accident a year prior. Separated and in a looping nightmare, they must navigate an entirely hidden realm to find each other before the entity known as Mr. Red breaks their sanity.

• This story is not just avoiding monsters. I want to make that clear. This story is psychological horor which focuses more on the characters, their arcs, and overcoming the complicated obstacles of living after a grueling change in their life.

• Afraid of going to sleep and not waking up? This story tackles that fear. False Awakenings are critical. Reality warps.

• It's still in early concept, and yes, it's not perfect. I am working with what I have, and I'm just starting to learn art. But I'm not letting that hinder my progress on telling the story.

• There are 2 collections from my YouTube channel, the most recent one being the "Gray Collection" which features the Proof-of-Concept introduction of the Gray Siblings. Just remember that this is Proof of work. Not finalized. The final product will actually be told episodically in a linear narrative.

•Any support helps. And the best part - it's free. Everything will obviously be uploaded to YouTube. And even if you don't like the project or have criticisms, I'm always open to hear it. Hope you stick around. 🐐💤

REMLUME STORY (A Small Overview)

This project is something I look forward to working on, so I'm just going to dump some information for people willing to read.

Remlume: After nearly a year of a tragic accident that left estranged Gray siblings, Faith and Isaac, the only surviving members of their family, they were forced to adapt into a quiet routine where they began to grow apart. When a sleep deprived Faith is given a sleeping medication to help her rest, she decides to give it to both herself and younger brother. That night, they never woke up. Stuck in a subconscious realm, the separated siblings find themselves being stalked by an enigmatic red, shape-shifting being that torments them to insanity, forcing the siblings to confront their repressed trauma to find a way out.

Antagonist: Throughout my original videos, people have been referring the red entity as "The Red Goat" even if originally established as "Mr. Red". The red goat form became so popular that the design stuck for the rest of the videos. He can morph into anything, albeit slightly imperfect. He cannot physically harm anyone. It's the dream world. This narrative is more focused on psychological horror and the idea of being stuck in a never ending false awakening.

Artwork: I am still learning. I've been inactive attempting to practice my art skills and share them. I have tried many different art styles, but I believe the recent concept animation I made perfectly replicates what I am trying to achieve. I hope to keep improving.

Thank you all! I am not even sure how I got this far into the project. I'm glad that my videos have been able to spread, be shared, and grow. No matter the numbers, I'm glad if anyone engages. Hope you stay for more! 🐐💤
