Is this just the way Base is? Every appointment keeps getting moved every time. Ironically they moved an appointment 3 weeks out and the electrician showed up on the original day. Now was supposed to have a battery get installed and they’re moving it again late in the day on the day of install.

What’s going on with this company how is scheduling this hard
