Bangalore has made me appreciate walking more than any other city

One thing I never expected after moving here was how much I'd start walking.

Not because the footpaths are amazing (they definitely aren't 😅), but because so many neighbourhoods have something interesting every few hundred metres.

You'll leave home just to grab a coffee and somehow end up discovering a bookstore, a tiny bakery, an old tree-lined street, a weekend market, or someone playing music in a park.

It doesn't happen everywhere, but when it does, it reminds me why I like living here despite all the obvious problems.

Some cities are destinations. Bangalore often feels like a city where the journey itself becomes the plan.

What's the one camera you'll never sell?

Not because it's the best.

Maybe it was your first DSLR, a point-and-shoot you carried everywhere, or a film camera that just has too many memories attached to it.

I've noticed photographers are surprisingly sentimental about cameras compared to most other gadgets.

What's yours, and why?
