It’s like you either don’t get a match against anyone and you wait for hours or when you do get a match, they automatically choose the DLC characters. Making getting the Watchful Sentinel achievement almost impossible. Seriously, I’ve played as Zyva against DLC characters so many times that I’ve gotten that monster to max level and nearly perfected playing as it. I say nearly because most of the time the people I fight against who play the DLC characters are spammers and stay at a distance. I searched up if I have to fight the DLC characters to get the achievement and it said that I only have to fight the base game monsters and that’s it. So clearly there is a monster or two, or more, I haven’t fought and beaten yet, but I don’t know who. Not to mention the CPUs either choose the DLC characters too or choose a base character I’ve already beaten. Getting this achievement is a real struggle.
I was finishing watching the original Ultraman series and I just watched the episode “Phantom of the Snow Mountains.” It’s a pretty sad and dark episode. This girl Yukiko, who the people in the village refer to as the “Snow Girl” due to her surviving in the mountains while her mother didn’t. None of the people in the village take her in besides the village’s charcoal maker, but he died two years prior, leaving her to fend for herself. She is treated as a bad omen by the people and even gets bullied for it. Woo shows up at the village and people get scared. Yukiko tells the SSSP to not shoot at Woo or he’ll get angry. She then tries to tell Woo to not hurt anyone and to head back to the mountains. But then the hunter from the beginning of the episode shoots at Woo. Yukiko is chased by people from the village because they blame her for a guy falling into a trap even though said guy was drunk, and they know that. Yukiko even said she didn’t dig that hole but they don’t believe her. Arashi and Ide are tasked with eliminating the monster, even though it hasn’t done anything wrong, and Ide gets second thoughts but Arashi says that “monsters are poor creatures that can’t exist in human society”. Which is bull because again it didn’t do anything wrong but they still went to try to kill it. Ide still doesn’t feel right doing it but Arashi still says they have to eliminate it. Arashi and Ide attack Woo, causing Woo to go on a rampage. Later Ultraman then battles Woo after Arashi and Ide were knocked out. But then the girl begins to slow down and fall over in the snow with her saying Woo’s name as he vanishes. We then see her body, unmoving and zoom out to see her body by the mountains. Hayata says that the girl went back to the mountains and and Ide thinks that the girl was just an illusion by the mountain, with Arashi saying “perhaps” and they leave thinking they may never see a person as pure hearted as her again. But Hayata never even saw her. I thought Arashi and Ide were going to see the girl running away from the people during their search of Woo and save her, but nope. Ide even felt a connection to the girl because he lost his mother too but that didn’t go nowhere. I even thought when Ultraman heard the girl saying Woo’s name, he was going to find her and bring her back to the village. But Ultraman just flew away. So the episode basically ends with the girl dying and her corpse is just on the mountains. It’s a pretty messed up way to end the episode. The girl was never excepted by the village, SSSP assume she’s still alive, and she just dies with no one around her to mourn her but a rabbit. I was thinking the episode was going to be about how not all giant monsters are bad, to not treat people as outsiders, and standing up for those who get treated wrongly. From what I can find about what the message of the episode is it’s supposed to be about prejudice, how harmful rushing to judgment can be, and the misplaced fear of the unknown. Based on my watch of the episode, yeah that is the message I got from the episode, and it makes me hate the villagers and Arashi a bit. I understand their fears but they didn’t have to fear if they just tried to understand, but they didn’t. Which is what makes it a good episode, it’s not my favorite episode but it does get the message across of the harm it could cause acting the way those villagers did. I just wish it didn’t show the kid dying at the end. Anyone else think this episode is sad and pretty messed up?
I haven’t finished Star Trek TNG (The Next Generation), as of this post I just started season 5. There are probably more beings that I could’ve put here but these are the ones that stuck out to me the most, and if they are intelligent or had a physical form. Yes I know Nagilum doesn’t have a physical form but it is highly intelligent. This isn’t if they could beat them, but how would they interact and handle them, since some of these beings aren’t evil but either hurt, seek knowledge, or just big animals. This discussion can be about how your favorite ultra would interact with them or any of the ultras in general. So how do you think the Ultras would handle these being from Star Trek TNG?

Happy Star Wars day. To celebrate here’s a Star Wars question.
In Star Wars there is a virus called the Blackwing Virus, which was originally created to give the Sith Lord Drear immortality. 1000 years later, Darth Scabrous would attempt to recreate the disease in the hopes of succeeding, only to fail the same way and unleashing the virus on unsuspecting students and staff, turning them into undead monstrosities across the planet. Darth Vader would then commission a scientific team to re-engineer the virus into a bio-weapon, under the code name Blackwing. Only for the virus to unleashed on the ship the team was operating on, causing another outbreak on the ship. The Blackwing virus was fully self-aware and would use the undead to spread itself. So what do you think would happen if the Blackwing Virus were to interact with the Blacklight Virus/Alex Mercer?
May the 4th be with you.
