I will give kudos to Desiree for dropping out of the race instead of dragging this issue for longer than needed. I’ve been keeping a close eye on this to see if something would be done or if it would’ve been ignored.

While I completely disagree with her statement that she dropped out due to safety issues which was also later echoed by Jason Lee and David Sengthay, it is important to recognize she did the right thing. Jason and David are completely wrong on this subject for obvious reasons that they’re sweeping under the rug. I’ve stated my own two cents on why Desiree’s story of living in a low income housing in district 5 never made sense because of many reasons.
What actually happened is that Desiree was being cornered and had nowhere to go. The mountain of evidence on election fraud was eating her alive. Even if she did live there you could also argue that she committed welfare fraud because she would’ve never qualified for low income housing. Lying about your income to get low income housing is fraud.

Some people are starting to wonder what’s next? It looks like many people are starting to get involved such as the Mayor and Stockton PD by referring this matter to outside agencies. Let’s hope the district attorney actually does something to his buddy Jason Lee. The consequences that Desiree could face for being a plant of Jason Lee are enormous. Losing her nursing license, election fraud, welfare fraud and other legal consequences that she could get. Was it worth it? City Council only pays $40k a year. Desiree makes 3-5x of that amount. One heck of a way to lose your career and dignity.

Who would’ve thought a crook like Anthony Silva would bring down Jason Lee’s 4-3 majority dreams in this city? It’s a cold day in hell when Anthony Silva is becoming more credible than the current vice mayor.

I truly expected some coverage from the local media on Lynch’s recent development that she’s running in a district she has never lived in.

Stocktonia is really fast at publishing stories that in some way favor the vice mayor and it’s disappointing seeing them ignore this big elephant in the room. Besides the 209 times and north valley review I don’t see any other blog sites covering this. Now, what is going to be done about this? What are the consequences? Probably nothing.

For those that haven’t been following, this past week has been messy in Stockton politics. Former Mayor Anthony Silva and Ralph White posted a video on social media of them touring inside Lynch’s “apartment” in District 5 to show that Lynch doesn’t actually reside there and just has that apartment so she can run for council in that district to be Lee’s puppet and yes man in the council.

This morning the vice mayor posted this on Facebook. Yes I took a screenshot just in case it gets deleted or edited after they obviously catch the error. The vice mayor obviously just confirmed the video is real and not AI generated like many of his followers kept saying on social media.

I hope the vice mayor realized he opened a can of worms here. I have so many questions:
* Lynch is a Registered Nurse and probably makes in the mid to high 100k a year if not 200k. Why is she living in that filth of an apartment?
* why are there so many pill capsules?
* Is Lynch aware of the serious trouble she can get with the law and the nursing state board that’ll prevent her from practicing medicine?
* Why didn’t Lynch immediately call the police when her “home” got broken into? Is she even aware that it was?
* Where is Stocktonia? Where is the record? ABC news?
* public records show Lynch lives in 8 mile in a very expensive house, what is going to be done about her lying in her campaign paperwork?

I can understand people being upset about a 4-3 voting block. However when was the last time Enriquez and Blower voted against Lee? There have been many examples of Padilla and Ponce voting in the opposite of the Mayor.

Not sure if everyone saw but his legal team is demanding the City to take action against the Mayor’s Public Information Officer (PIO). What’s interesting to me is that Jason Lee is finding ways to remove City employees that he doesn’t like like the other PIO and this one. As a City employee you can’t criticize the King or your job is on the hooks which is funny as he openly criticized the culture inside city hall that staff can’t speak up or they’ll be fired when he’s doing the same thing . Elected officials commonly have social media accounts to fact check fake news made against them and the Mayor’s PIO is no different. For example the the governor’s social media team to the feds , etc it’s common and protected by the first amendment.
However, Jason Lee is very thin skinned and gets away with a lot because of his abuse of power within city hall and because no one has the social media presence to go toe to toe with him not even 209 times. It’s very clear now that Lee operates under the I can criticize you but you can’t criticize me method. This legal letter is bogus and is setting up the city to once again violate the Brown Act. I wouldn’t be surprised if employee legal actions against Lee starts going underway from current and former employees.
