Cars on Princess Street

So, for the millionth time in the last month I was driving my bus toward the Scott Monument from Waverley and a car suddenly comes into the left lane and goes straight. This happens all the time and I need to ask; does anything happen to these people? The VW Golf that did it today really caused some issues with buses serving stops.

I am genuinely asking as I really hope there's cameras or something that catch them as they're a danger to everyone on the road.

At a bit of a loss

Hello everyone,

I have been looking through this subreddit for motivation and it's cool see all these stories but when trying to apply them to my life I'm having difficult actually doing anything.

I am currently 143kg (330lbs I think?) and worried about gaining more after recently starting a job as a bus driver. Most of the people at my work are overweight and I worry that as I am already severely overweight it will get worse for me.

What I would like advice on is realistically how could I incorporate tactics for weight loss as someone who is on long and unpredictable shifts (I.e shift work 6 days a week, any start time and any finish time) ad I joined the gym and have gone for some walks but I can't be consistent due to not knowing when each day I could do things.

In regards to food I also now have the issue of not being very adventurous and not knowing what I should be eating as I also don't have consistent times for eating.

Tl:dr I am looking for any kind of support/ advice as someone who has completely spiraled with weight and the mental aspect in part because of an inconsistent job/ routine

28, male, 143kg, no kids
