BP journey

Hi everyone, I just need some insight or advice. I was in the ER in Apirl for a bp of 230/180 HR 136. I am a 26yr old female. Since then they have prescribed me labetalol twice a day and nifedipine once every morning but my bp is still very high. I also had to go through a cardiac event monitor and the results came out well. The results were no blocks no arrhythmias. My only trigger was on 07/19 and my bp was 189/114, it read sinus tachycardia. Other then that the results came out fine. I am just at loss. I cut most sodium, im on low carb and I go on walks every day after work. I just dont know what else to do. My cardiologist doesn't have any answers but just to increase the dosage. These were my most recent readings. I also am a very anxious person and have a semi stressful job. My bp is amazing on my days off but rise again in the afternoons. Does anyone have any idea what I can ask my doctor to look out for?
