I have a web service that uses one time passwords for the login authentication. Given that MXRoute has a “no cold emailing” policy, would utilising their email servers to set this up violate their terms and conditions?

While it does not seem like it would violate the “cold emailing” policy (since users would be prompting the code to be generated) any input based on your experience would be greatly appreciated.
