I like making my own sourdough with only flour, salt & water. But I’ve been avoiding it since I started tracking my sugars. I miss it 🫤

Anyone had any experience with it spiking your sugar?

I know the dawn effect hits me hard in the morning.
If I check before 10am, my numbers can range from 111-126 mg/dl.

I’m trying to fix this on my own, with fasting and a healthy diet. I’m 51 & in perimenopause. I should also probably add that I have PCOS with Insulin Resistance.

I wake up at 4am each morning for work, and usually that’s hitting around an 8-11 hour fast.

Even with the dawn effect, fasting that long, how early should I be checking my sugar to get a true reading?

I’ve gotten into the habit of checking it around 10:30, and it might be 105-109.(15-17 hrs fasting)

(Due to my schedule, I have to adjust my fasting end and start times each day)

(I don’t have the ability to go to the doctor, but glucose monitors and fasting are cheap… so that’s all I can do at the moment)

I used to work for Palfish, from 2018-2023. When I first started it was great, I learned and earned a lot, and I enjoyed most of my students.
Towards the end, because of the changes in the Chinese laws, it got pretty bad and I left for other opportunities.
But, I'm thinking of joining it again to supplement my income.

Does anyone still work there? I know the pay is a lot lower than it used to be, but is it worth it for someone getting paid in USD?

I have so many kids almost falling asleep in class. Even in the summer, their days are so busy.

On my computer, my list of regulars is on the left side of the history page. But, it doesn't allow me to scroll down the list. There isn't a bar to drag down, and scrolling with my mouse moves the entire page up and down.

I'd like to see who all I have set as regulars, to edit and send messages to ones I haven't seen in a while.

Does anyone have any tips for me? Is there another place to see our regulars?

Sorry if this is a silly question, but.....

The prompt for reviewing payment options won't go away. Clicking it only gives 2 options:

1- Delete Stripe account

2- Visit Stripe.

I don't want to delete the account and I don't need to make any changes, that I know of.

When I visit Stripe, everything is as it should be. I am in the US, I have a US bank account, and all of the information is already correct.

Is anyone else getting an option to keep the account the same? What are the US teachers doing?

When I logged into Cambly for my classes this morning, I noticed that my pay balance was than it was yesterday.

Cambly compensated me for my missed classes yesterday! It was a nice surprise.
