Purva westend resale, Kudlu Gate
Planning to buy a resale 3bhk in westend. Wanted to understand if this area is also impacted by the compost plant smell?

Snn raj etternia resale
Getting a resale 3bhk 1830sqft for 3cr in snn raj etternia bangalore. Roughly 16.3k/sqft
Its a semi furnished flat.
Does 16.3k/sqft look reasonable for a 7 year old property?
The rates haven’t moved an inch in the last 3 months
