[NJ][Condo] Best way to start a condo HOA website — public site vs. resident portal?
Our board is redoing our community site and we're stuck on what should be public vs. behind a login. Right now everything's mashed together — meeting minutes, forms, even old financials, all public.
Looking at Neigbrs by Vinteum. Anyone used these? Did splitting public site from portal actually cut down on resident emails, or do people just email the board anyway?
