An experimental/possibly industrial song that I heard years ago.

I’ve only heard this song once, and as I said in the title it was years ago. I can’t remember every detail of course, but I’ll give all of the information that I possibly can.

I heard this song in the early 2010s on a CD. It was a burned CD with all kinds of different music on it, so unfortunately I can’t give an idea of who the artist/band may have been that way. The song was slow and very distorted, if I remember correctly. I don’t even think there were instruments, just distortion. If there were any instruments it was probably only a guitar, or possibly a bass. I don’t believe there were many vocals, I mostly remember heavy, droning distortion. However, I remember one word (spoken, not sang), and it’s probably the biggest clue I have. The only bit of vocals I remember is a man saying the word “leviathan” multiple times in a deep, distorted voice. The song definitely sounded mid-late 90s or very early 2000s. This is definitely not a commonly known artist/band in this kind of genre, and while a lot of this music was coming out of Europe at the time, I recall the man sounding American. I could be wrong, of course.

I randomly remembered this song a couple of years ago, and I’ve listened to probably a couple of hundred albums since then trying to find it but I’ve had no luck.

That’s all of the information and details that I have. I understand that this probably isn’t a lot to go off of, but I’d really appreciate any and all help that I can get.

EDIT: I remember it sounding like something along the lines of Boyd Rice/Death in June, if that helps.
