FIFA owes us $4,590 for tickets sold on their official resale platform — 8 months, no payout. Anyone else?
My wife resold 4 World Cup tickets (Match 094, July 6, Seattle) through FIFA's official resale platform back in February 2026 — two invoices totaling $4,590. We've had 30+ contacts with FIFA support (case #20598049). On June 28 they told us the payout was "processed" — nothing ever arrived. We sent a formal claim to FWC2026 US Inc's legal department on Sept 2 with a Sept 10 deadline. No response. Press coverage says we're not alone. Has anyone actually gotten a missing resale payout resolved? What worked?
