Seeking a site review

Hi there. I am the founder of www.thisissilk.com and would love an ecomm site review.

It is a multi-award winning premium skincare business.

About the business : I founded it after discovering the wound healing benefits of silk. I read that silk has a long history of medical use and worked with a pharmaceutical scientist to develop silk skincare. All our skincare is based on our proprietary silk peptide technology SF-VII.

We have a 55% repurchase rate which is rare in skincare, we have won many awards and our bestsellers are clinically proven with very strong results.

Conversion rate varies by season but it should be higher.

I don’t like the theme which buries so much important copy.

Silk is genuinely amazing for skin and people come back but I feel the website should be stronger in such a saturated space.

I would be so grateful for any pointers !

Update on lanocalm

Hi there.

It’s been a while since I last logged in - years in fact, but I wanted to update.

A few years ago I posted what had really, really, really helped my daughter’s eczema and her incessant dry and itchy, red, scaly skin.

Mercifully, my daughter now has normal skin.

We used a product a pharmaceutical scientist made up for us. And today we got the 4 week results.

Some people on here have bought multiple tins.

Because I know how important transparency and trust are for this horrendous skin condition, I wanted to post a screenshot of the 4 week user trial results we have just had in.

Sadly the product is not available to buy yet as it is out of stock, but I will try and remedy that soon.

Obviously, as with all things, it will not help everyone. But this is promising.

Please check my post history if you want to learn more.

Wait - why can’t I upload a screenshot of the results here ?!
