Plate carrier recommendation

I am looking for a plate carrier and got a couple of choises. I am a recon ranger (reservist) and do competition shooting. I have never had a plate carrier before not even when I was in the army so I don't have any experience in this matter. I would appreciate if you could give me pros/cons on these PC.
