Floorboard patch failing?
We moved into a new build in 2022. At the time, we noticed a portion of the floor in one of the bedrooms had some give when stepping on it. The builders “fixed” it, but it seems their patch work is beginning to weaken and the floor is sagging when pressure is applied.
Any suggestions on a solution? Or do we just call a professional to do it right?
