I am currently with prescribed medication (4mg), but I have been for the last 3 months taking 2mg. I am now trying to cut to 1 mg, and will probably be with this dosage for more 7-8 months or so. I am afraid of rebound psychosis, mostly because when I cut into a quarter (1mg), it's usually not accurate - this means, that I could be taking 1,2 mg, 0.8 mg - without even knowing.
I have heard about liquid form, but my mind keeps telling me that no doctors will help me with that.
What should I do at this point?
Is it really possible to tapper off this medication with 1 mg - to 0,5;0,4; etc...? Even though you are not sure it will be accurate?
