Is it mandatory to complete Solve now/during the Early Access period? Heard this was the case last year but not sure if the rules have changed this year.

My understanding is that it is just an opportunity to get it out of the way before the busy internship recruitment period later in the year. However, if you perform badly now, it could also impact your summer internship recruitment profile

Would it be viewed negatively by recruiters if you don't complete Solve now and do it during the recruitment period later?
