DPO 11 but pdg dropped from 29 yesterday morning to 17 this morning. Really confused!

With the pdg drop can I say I’m pregnant? I took this test the evening of DPO11. So confused! Don’t want to get my hopes up. If pdg didn’t drop this morning, I’d feel pretty confident?
