So my boyfriends parents are cleaning out their house and downsizing in preparation for a move. Along with a Polaroid Land Camera, they gave me this Kodak Duaflex II. I of course tested it to see if it worked and out of habit wound it, immediately noticing a little bit of resistance and that’s when I noticed sliding by in the little counter window. I was now on shot 9 out of 12.
I have idea how long the film has been in this camera. I’m gonna say 60 years at best. What’s wild is the camera was still in the box, looking barely used.
Am I correct in assuming the film that was left in here is no longer any good? Like there’s no point in trying to get it developed?
