Feeling very hopeless, please share your similar experiences.

I have maximiliary sinusitis. It has been continuing for months without me knowing anything about it. I have a throbbing pain, a big one. Affecting all my life. Can't use strong painkillers due to stomach issues. Thought it is dental related, extracted two teeth today, I demanded hopelessly because I was in a big pain. I never had nose issues or any drip, occasionally got some bad smell came out from my nostrils though. In the teeth, they saw some possible connection in CBCT. They had some lesions. Renewing root canals didn't help before. Their roots were completely inside of the sinus. In one, two root canal renewals were done and during one, the doctor had told me that there is an unfilled canal over there a few months ago. Basically it was inside of the sinus, unfinished. He filled it but it didn't help me at all. They saw sinusitis around the extraction area in CBCT and extracted the two of them. When the doctor pressures or when I touch there with my tongue, the furthest area which is next to these two teeth where the former buried wisdom tooth is removed for improvements (Which also didn't help me) I feel some strong pain. The doctor said it might be because of infection. I feel like the extractions won't help me (it happened today). I even had some strong pain despite the anesthetic needles, the area was throbbing. Was it a mistake? The doctor told me that he can't give you guarantee but if it is only dental related, I should give it for two weeks. There is no difference in the pattern of the pain. I feel very desperate, hopeless. I don't know what to expect anymore but my life turned into hell due to this pain... I feel like I will never be normal. Is there any chance that this will get better with this? I was feeling increased pain when I squeeze my cheek, I still do, a lot more after the surgery. Am I expecting a lot from day one, or was it really a mistake? I am very depressed and tend to think it's the second one.

7 months of pain, sinus related?

I have had a throbbing sensation in my upper-left rearmost teeth for months (it seems to shift location occasionally). I feel pressure on my cheek on the left and experience headaches from time to time, not very strong ones. It all started after I had a root canal on the tooth furthest back. The root canals were redone, and the fillings were replaced. They discovered that one canal had been missed during the initial procedure and treated it, but none of these measures solved the problem. I have visited numerous dentists; they look at the X-rays and say there is nothing wrong. There was a buried wisdom tooth next to them, they removed it but it didn't help. The one in the middle was also not very well done and I made it remade as well. A dentist I saw abroad examined me and suggested the issue was sinus-related, possibly stemming from one of these teeth. He noted that the sinus on the side where I feel the pain appeared congested and advised me to see an ENT specialist. I consulted different doctors. One examined my dental CT scan and said there were no sinus issues, while another took an X-ray and remarked that there seemed to be a bone-like structure—though he wasn't certain, he said it wasn't anything serious and planned to order an MRI with contrast dye after a course of antibiotics. I had previously taken Amoxicillin, but it was ineffective. I am currently taking Clarithromycin, using a nasal spray, and taking a few other medications for the first time. I no longer know how to resolve this issue, but I am convinced it originates from the teeth. I am also unsure if it would be right to have the teeth extracted without a definitive diagnosis. All I know for sure is that there is constant pain in the tooth. I suffer from claustrophobia, so undergoing an MRI is not an option for me. Before I went to the last ENT, I realized that I am clenching my teeth also, surprisingly I woke up realizing I did clench my teeth for the first time but honestly I feel like it cannot be the sole reason of this non stop, bothering pain. Currently, I feel like throbbing pain comes from the one in the middle. What is your opinion?
