Hello, I have a keloid that has grown through my ear since 2022, but it has grown tremendously over the past two years. I have tried getting it removed once back in 2023, but couldn’t go through with it because of the numbing shots hurting immensely. I don’t want to go through local anesthesia awake or the general anesthesia route as it is highly expensive. I was looking through some options that involve deep sedation with local anesthesia. I prefer that option since I won’t be able to feel the numbing injections. Would it be a good option? If you’ve been through deep sedation plus local anesthesia please let me know. Also, what after treatments were you given and did they work?
