Hi so I want to see what others views on my bf situation
My bf is filing under the Cuban Adjustment act we filed all the forms in the title together.
They received it April 27, 2026 Tempe AZ lockbox (he is a Oregon filer)
We got the email may 14, 2026 (in picture)
Now waiting on the form. My question is if it’s safe to say they accept the I-912? Seeing he fits in the requirements and since he is filing under the CAA
Also I screw up and put the wrong category. Has anyone experience trying to correct it? All very stressful
