CT Scan Help

Hey y’all, I’m posting in this sub to get some advice. I’ll try to make this as concise as possible. Each ENT I’ve been to has done the basic antibiotic and steroid treatment and waved me off and they don’t even listen to my symptoms. They give me the prescriptions and then wait for me to finish only to find out that my infection is still there ( it helps but doesn’t solve the infection). They recommend FESS and deviated septum surgery ( I know I probably need it but it’s expensive 10k-12k). I turned to this sub to find if there was any alternative I could do about a month ago and the remedy’s(iodine, colloidal silver, xylitol and apple cider vinegar rinses daily) seem to help with symptoms but to my knowledge have not been helping with the root issue. One of the biggest symptoms I’ve been struggling with the worst is the brain fog, some days I’m fine but other days it’s like I’m watching my life through a curtain. I can’t focus, my balance is off and generally I just feel like a shell of myself. My other symptoms include stuffy, runny nose, balance issues, ear rumbling (mainly in the right ear) fatigue (always tired) teeth going numb from pressure. I don’t know if I’ve gotten use to it but most of the time I feel generally fine when I wake up but as the day goes on my symptoms start showing up around mid day and get worse throughout the day especially if I skip my morning sinus rinse. I believe the cause of this infection is related to bad habits I had for a year that I’ve since stopped and mold ( the last house and current apartment have had mold). I think while I had that bad habit my sinuses were so messed up that they couldn’t heal properly and with the mold exposure created an environment in my sinuses that was perpetually infected. And now that I’m in my new place I think the mold that has been “remediated” according to property management, has been preventing me from healing. Whenever I visit family or friends for a few days I feel fine, generally no symptoms pop up but I’m not even sure what to believe anymore. Anyway, any advice is appreciated. Please let me know what you think and if yall have anything to say about my CT scan
