Halfway to my goal! 5’10 F SW - 260 CW - 220
Down 40 lbs and 3 pants sizes
Currently using CICO, lifting 3x/week, cardio 2x a week.
I’m honestly posting because I’m proud even though I’m only halfway there and as a reminder to myself to keep going. My mom died 3 months ago and I fell off the wagon for a bit, stalled my weight loss and even gained back about 10 pounds. I started going to the gym again a few weeks ago and tracking calories and macros and I’m on my way again. For anyone who needs the encouragement, you can do this. If I can do this in the midst of grief and heartache, anyone can do this. You’ve got this. ❤️
