Looking to buy land in central Florida area. But it's almost impossible. Either insanely expensive, the land is wetland or has a million restrictions.

I just want an acre or two just to put a mobile home on it. That's all 🥲

If anyone knows any tips or tricks to get land at a reasonable price 50k to 100k and thats usable for manufactured home please share. Im even willing to do owner to owner buy.
